Follow the paths of the gold rush miners. The most spectacular find was the Mother Shipton Nugget which weighed 308.35 ounces. You can see the replica of the nugget at the TEMORA RURAL MUSEUM next door to our motel.
It occupies a two acre site and contains unusual and unique exhibits. It incorporates a rock and mineral collection, machineries and tractors as well as relocated historic buildings including SIR DONALD BRADMANS first home to name a few. The TEMORA RURAL MUSEUM annually host an open day when the exhibits come alive.
